Customer Service Advisor (No Weekends)

Inbound B2B Customer Service Advisor

Location – West Regent St, Glasgow

Basic – £16,009 – £19,000

Hours of work – Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm

How would you like to work for one of Glasgow most fun dynamic and innovative working environments? We are currently recruiting for an exciting new inbound customer service role based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. You will be liaising directly with existing businesses and delivering a service with empathy and rapport building are central.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a challenging vibrant role that requires a confident and self-motivated individual.

Duties will include the following:

  • Using own initiative to make informed decisions on accounts
  • Dealing with complaints efficiently
  • Dealing with B2B Collections
  • Managing accounts effectively

Skills required:

  • A minimum of 6 months inbound customer service experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communicator skilled in conversation
  • Great attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure
  • An enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Punctual
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to adapt to systematic and business need changes
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to meet KPIs and work towards targets#


  • Up to £16k basic with realistic on target earnings of £19k
