Our Recruitment Process
At CXP UK we follow a simple 3 step recruitment process. Firstly, if you are interested in a position you find on indeed, you can apply via the online application form or simply upload your current CV. If your application is successful, you will receive a telephone call from our recruitment team to take part in a telephone interview. The telephone interview gives us the opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of your experience and skills. It also affords you the opportunity to ask us any questions regarding the role. If you are successful at the telephone interview, we’ll invite you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre.
